Ran out of gas, gave them a call, they were at my location within 20 minutes with fuel. Greatly appreciate it.
Called from the side of the I90 on a very hot day in early July. I gave the guy very specific information on my location and he said he would be there within 30-40 minutes. After an hour, I call back and was told that they couldn't find me and so he went on a different tow. Was told that the driver would call me back when he was done but I never heard from him. No call to get more information on where I was, just left and went and picked up a different vehicle. Very poor service!!! I will never use them for any services.
These guys are awesome! They towed me in, found the problem in 3 minutes and fixed it right away. Had me back on the road within hours! The manager is very kind and I definitely recommend this shop!
I can not emphasise this enough:
It's a shop out in the middle of nowhere with people that don't know what they're doing. So you will be paying top dollar for incompetence. If you must use their service, have them tow your vehicle to another shop, or to a place another shop can tow you from
They had my vehicle for 4 weeks, to change a timing belt (told me it would take a week) and still didn't fix it! They told me something else was wrong with it. So I had it towed closer to Spokane. The shop I had it towed to had it done in about a week and for much less money....by fixing the timing belt properly!

So I wasted a lot of money, and a whole lot of time without my vehicle, simply because they had me over a barrel. The only reason they're still in business is because they have zero competition
You'd be better off setting your money on fire...at least you'd get the benefit of the heat
I own a delivery company. My driver got stuck in some gravel. I called this company to pull the truck out of the gravel. He said he had to call State Patrol to do an incident report first. I asked why, and he said it is the law. I said never mind. I called another towing company and they came out right away and took care of my driver. Unfortunately this guy called State Patrol on us anyway. I've been in this business for 20 years, needed many tows for many different reasons, and never had a tow company who wanted to get their customer in trouble with the law. On top of that my father is an attorney, and I asked him to research any laws that require tow companies to report stuck motorists to State Patrol and there is no such RCW code. So this fellow is dishonest too. I have been told that the reason he wanted to call State Patrol is so he can get authorization to charge exhorbanent "State Patrol" rates. The state Patrol rates are speculation on my part...I could be wrong.
