Not bad considering it's in the middle of nowhere. Probably better than the microwave burritos available at the neighboring gas station.
Despite being understaffed during the dinner rush, the two workers were remarkably cheerful and competent. Very impressed with the service!
Absolutely the best and biggest fast food burrito I have ever had. I have just been in the area working for a couple of months now and I am addicted to this place. I wish we had one of these back home in Arkansas.
Had the fish tacos "traditional". It was about as good as one might expect a fish stick wrapped in soggy corn tortillas, smothered in tomatoes, and Monterey cheese. Was quite refreshing with temps in the mid 80s and broken A/C.
I've had 4 different employees make my burrito, without any special instructions nor requests it was perfect every time, like time travel in a tortilla.
The Best Taco Del Mar still operating, if you crave classic Taco Del Mar tastes this is the spot. I drive over 70 miles to get here, there are 3 closer TDM's but they no longer have the tortilla steamers and no longer make burritos with the "Don't Unwrap or it's In Your Lap" ethos unlike this location.
