We broke down on the freeway just outside of Ritzville and called Adams Automotive to see if they could help. They went above and beyond to get our truck fixed, even bringing our family of 6 back into town to eat while they checked on parts. Had us back on the road in 2 hours. Love small town businesses! Would highly recommend them!

Horror story, watch out!! Was quoted over $2,000 for work we eventually got done elsewhere for less than $100. We balked and took the car out of the shop. A month later, we got a bill for $124. He also destroyed our alarm system when he couldn't figure out how to put the key in the ignition and turn the alarm off. A month later, we got sent to collections!! Of all the nerve! Why would we pay someone who destroyed a part of our car? Stay away!!!!
The mechanics at Adams Automotive were superb! They acquired a new radiator for our daughter, installed it, and she was on her way! We are grateful.
