Only parts in town you pay there price or hit the road
In Lind visiting family and drove 30 min just to Ritzville for oil and a filter for a simple oil change, was told by Rob that they were out of my oil filter for my 2002 rsx type s which I understand in a small town however I was referred to les Schwab, but before leaving I asked to have a filter sent in because I was told they could have it by morning they said they would order some for stock and have it for me the next day, les Schwab did not have one either. I'm glad I called right before going another 30 min of driving to find out they didn't order any and he said most they could do was get me one the next day again. Terrible service received that's forsure and I've now learned they have done this before to other customers from the locals I've been around lately. Wouldn't recommend them ever. Not business oriented at all.

Had trouble with my wipers, man behind the counter was helpful and even gave me a free wiper when he accidentally broke one.
They have to order parts alot. Good friendly staff and they do try to have parts as quick as possible
